Asset Protection Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement loss prevention programs and strategies to protect customers, team members, and corporate assets.
2. Monitor and analyze security systems, CCTV, and alarm systems to detect and prevent potential threats.
3. Investigate incidents of theft or fraud and take appropriate action.
4. Train and coach team members on loss prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of asset protection laws and regulations.
6. Establish and maintain effective relationships with law enforcement and other industry professionals.
7. Monitor and report on loss prevention trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
8. Provide customer service support and handle customer complaints.
9. Create and maintain accurate records and reports.
10. Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
