Asset Protection Manager

Responsibilities for the Asset Protection Manager:

• Develop and implement security and loss prevention programs to protect JCPenney's assets and customers • Monitor store security and safety policies to ensure compliance with regulations • Conduct regular security assessments and monitor CCTV systems • Investigate incidents of theft and fraud and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences • Provide guidance and coaching to store staff to ensure they are following security protocols • Lead store staff in emergency situations and ensure a safe environment • Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies • Monitor store performance and develop strategies to reduce losses • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection and loss prevention.
