  1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies and procedures to safeguard company assets from potential threats.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and potential areas of improvement in asset protection.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement company-wide asset protection policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze data related to loss prevention, including inventory shrinkage, theft, and fraud, and develop strategies to reduce these risks.
  5. Train and educate employees on asset protection protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness.
  6. Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches, and work with law enforcement agencies as needed.
  7. Conduct internal investigations and interviews to identify and address potential internal threats to company assets.
  8. Manage and oversee a team of asset protection associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all asset protection activities, incidents, and investigations.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in asset protection and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on asset protection initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety and security protocols and responding to any potential risks or threats.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance and improve asset protection strategies and procedures.
  14. Act as a liaison between the company and law enforcement or other authorities in the event of an incident or investigation.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of asset protection strategies and make necessary adjustments to ensure the preservation of company assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Inventory Control Procedures.

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws Related To Asset Protection.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Train And Motivate A Team.
