- Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and fraud within the store.
- Monitor and analyze store data to identify potential security risks and areas for improvement.
- Train and educate employees on security procedures and protocols to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of security measures.
- Collaborate with store management to address any security concerns or incidents.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, such as cameras and alarms.
- Respond to and investigate any security incidents, including theft, fraud, and accidents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of security incidents and investigations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other external partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention strategies.
- Conduct regular training and drills to ensure all employees are prepared for emergency situations.
- Develop emergency response plans and procedures for the store.
- Monitor and enforce store policies related to safety and security.
- Manage and lead a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and laws.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Inventory Management.
Familiarity With State And Federal Laws Related To Theft, Fraud, And Workplace Safety.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.
