  1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies and procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize loss.
  2. Monitor and analyze store operations, identifying potential security risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.
  3. Train and educate store employees on asset protection policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and awareness.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Respond to and investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
  6. Collaborate with store leadership and law enforcement to address and resolve security issues.
  7. Manage and maintain surveillance systems and security equipment, ensuring they are functioning properly.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for improvement to existing asset protection protocols.
  9. Foster a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by implementing safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  10. Generate reports and provide data analysis on security incidents and trends to senior management.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance security measures.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to asset protection.
  13. Hire, train, and supervise a team of security personnel to support asset protection efforts.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve performance.
  15. Act as a role model for company values and promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior among employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Security Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management And Store Processes.

  • Experience With Conducting Investigations, Identifying And Mitigating Risks, And Implementing Security Measures.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Develop Team Members, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments.
