- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify and address any security or safety concerns.
- Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all security and safety incidents.
- Communicate and coordinate with law enforcement and other external partners as needed.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to store associates on loss prevention practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in order to continuously improve loss prevention strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners to enhance security measures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Legal, to ensure company policies and procedures align with loss prevention efforts.
- Develop and manage department budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Act as a role model for ethical and responsible behavior among team members.
- Handle any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by upper management.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws Related To Asset Protection And Loss Prevention.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Security Management.
