
Associate Designer - Liz Claiborne

- Develop and design innovative and on-trend fashion pieces that align with the Liz Claiborne brand.
- Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive and cohesive collections.
- Conduct extensive research on current and upcoming fashion trends to incorporate into designs.
- Create detailed technical sketches and spec sheets for production.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for production.
- Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of designs.
- Stay updated on industry standards and techniques to continuously improve design skills.
- Maintain organization and accuracy of design files and materials.
- Assist in creating mood boards and presentations for design concepts.
- Attend and participate in design meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Adapt quickly to changing design needs and priorities.
- Utilize feedback and direction from senior designers and managers to improve designs.
- Help to develop and maintain the Liz Claiborne brand aesthetic.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative design techniques and ideas.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Design Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Fashion Design, Preferably At A Retail Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And Techniques, Including Pattern-Making And Garment Construction.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Cad.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
