Beauty Consultant

JCPenney is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to engage customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a beauty sales or retail environment with a keen interest in beauty products and services. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, is attentive to detail and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Beauty Consultant must be organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service experience to customers while in the store. • Engage customers with product knowledge and expertise. • Assist customers in finding the right beauty products and services. • Ensure stock availability through regular stock checks and replenishment. • Ensure tidiness of the beauty section and product displays. • Remain up to date on beauty trends and products. • Process customer orders and payments in a timely manner. • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and store staff. • Maintain accurate records and reports. • Work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
