Beauty Field Manager

We’re looking for a talented and dedicated Beauty Field Manager to join the JCPenney team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the in-store beauty salons and services at JCPenney locations. You are a strategic leader who is passionate about the beauty industry and customer experience. You will be an expert in the beauty product and service offerings in the stores and lead the salons in achieving sales and service goals.To be successful in this position, you’ll need a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with 1-2 years of management experience. You must have a strong business acumen and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for leading and coaching others. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all operations of the in-store beauty salons and services at JCPenney locations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
3. Train and coach salon associates on beauty product/service offerings, customer service, and other job-related skills.
4. Monitor salon performance and develop action plans to address any issues.
5. Analyze salon data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
7. Implement policies and procedures in order to ensure salon compliance with all regulations.
8. Develop promotional activities to attract new customers.
9. Collaborate with store management to ensure a positive customer experience.
10. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and market knowledge.
