1. Lead and manage the beauty department to ensure a positive and inclusive shopping experience for customers.
2. Inspire and motivate a team of beauty consultants to drive sales and meet performance goals.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products to provide knowledgeable and expert guidance to customers and team members.
4. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets.
5. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
