As the Beauty Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our team of beauty experts, while also driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Lead and manage a team of beauty experts, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet departmental goals.
  3. Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing beauty department.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and techniques to effectively train and educate team members.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate promotions, events, and cross-selling opportunities.
  7. Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to encourage growth and development.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, at all times.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
  11. Represent the JCPenney brand and uphold its values at all times.
  12. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
  13. Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience in the beauty department.
  14. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and make recommendations to stay competitive.

  • Extensive Beauty Industry Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Beauty Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Beauty Trends, Products, And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Beauty Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Customers, Vendors And Other Departments Within The Store. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Proven Sales Track Record: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Drive Sales In The Beauty Department.
