- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded.
- Monitor sales floor activity and provide support to sales personnel.
- Assist in training customer service associates on customer service policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement customer service improvement strategies.
- Identify potential areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
