  9. Continuously assess and improve store operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  12. Monitor and manage store budgets, including expenses and payroll, to achieve financial objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Retail Management Experience: A General Manager At Jcpenney Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Department Store Environment.
