Home Commission Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Home Commission Associate to join our JCPenney team! As a Home Commission Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in our home department while driving sales and productivity. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a natural flair for sales.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, be able to lift up to 25 lbs, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in a commission-based sales environment is a plus. A friendly and outgoing personality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.
