  1. Greet and welcome customers to the home department with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  3. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell home products to customers.
  4. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all products in the home department and provide helpful recommendations to customers.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively seeking out and engaging with customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the home department.
  8. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events to effectively communicate with customers.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, customer service standards, safety procedures, and inventory management.
  11. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.

  13. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  14. Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments.
  15. Proactively identify and resolve any customer service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Sales Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Sales Environment, Preferably In A Home Goods Department.

  • Knowledge Of Home Goods Products: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Strong Understanding Of Home Goods Products, Including Furniture, Bedding, And Decor.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Home Commission Associates Will Be Interacting With Customers Regularly, So Strong Customer Service Skills Are A Must.
