2. Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skin care needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
3. Perform a variety of skin care services, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and waxing.
4. Educate clients on proper skin care routines and recommend products to help them achieve their desired results.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing a personalized and memorable experience.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
8. Meet or exceed sales and service goals set by management.
9. Collaborate with other salon team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to scheduling, pricing, and product recommendations.
11. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training opportunities.
