• Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and greeting customers as they enter the salon
• Offer expert advice and recommendations to customers on skincare and beauty products and services
• Perform a variety of esthetician services, including but not limited to facials, waxing, and brow/lash tinting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and maintained
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals
• Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling salon services and products
• Collaborate with other salon team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff
• Attend and participate in training and development opportunities provided by the company.
