6. Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards.
7. Monitor staff performance and ensure that they are meeting expectations.
8. Maintain inventory of products and supplies and order new items as needed.
9. Monitor and adjust staffing levels to ensure that the salon is adequately staffed.
10. Address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
