  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed department goals.
  3. Hire, train, and mentor a team of salon associates, providing ongoing coaching and development to ensure their success.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering necessary products and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and attractive salon.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques, and share this knowledge with the salon team to continuously improve services and offerings.
  7. Work closely with the store management team to create and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive salon business.
  8. Manage and maintain the salon budget, including tracking and reporting on sales and expenses.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations pertaining to salon services.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork and a strong sense of pride and ownership among salon associates.
  11. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve salon processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Attend company meetings and trainings as necessary to stay informed about company initiatives and updates.
  14. Act as a role model for excellent customer service and professionalism, setting a high standard for the salon team to follow.
  15. Communicate effectively with upper management and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the salon department.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Stylists And Support Staff.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Salon Management Or Related Role In A Retail Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Salon Operations, Including Scheduling, Inventory Management, And Financial Reporting.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Build And Maintain Client Relationships.

  • Strong Business Acumen And Ability To Meet Sales Goals And Drive Profitability Of The Salon.
