  3. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  4. Check-in and check-out salon clients, ensuring accurate billing and payment processes.
  5. Assist stylists in coordinating schedules and managing client flow.
  6. Utilize salon software to manage client information and appointments.
  7. Handle all administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  8. Educate clients on salon services, promotions, and product offerings.
  9. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
