- Develop and maintain technical standards for fit, sizing, and construction to ensure consistency across all product lines.
- Communicate and collaborate with overseas manufacturers to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on samples and production pieces to ensure they meet company standards.
- Train and mentor junior technical designers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the design and production process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to streamline production and reduce costs without compromising quality.
