Responsibilities:

- Take responsibility for cash management, including opening and closing procedures and daily reconciliation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Assist in managing employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Sports Apparel Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Manage A Store And Drive Sales.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Store Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Supervising A Team Of Sales Associates. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets.
