- Collaborate with retail teams to identify training needs and create development plans for employees at all levels.
- Design and implement effective learning programs that align with company goals and values.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for retail employees, using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to source relevant and up-to-date training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance our programs.
- Work closely with HR and management to ensure consistent implementation of training and development initiatives across all retail locations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for retail employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate training and development initiatives into overall company strategies.
- Continuously seek feedback from employees and incorporate it into the development of new training programs.
- Assess and address any organizational or individual learning gaps to enhance overall employee performance.
- Utilize various learning platforms and technologies to enhance the delivery of training programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Monitor and track employee progress and growth, providing regular reports to management.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Retail Industry: A Learning & Development Partner At Jd Sports Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Including Current Trends, Challenges, And Best Practices.
Experience In Training And Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs For Retail Employees. This Should Include Experience In Both Classroom And Online Training Methods.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Learning & Development Partner, The Individual Will Be Required To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Employees And Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects: The Job Of A Learning & Development Partner At Jd Sports Will Involve Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Conception To Completion.
