  1. Collaborate with retail teams to identify training needs and create development plans for employees at all levels.
  2. Design and implement effective learning programs that align with company goals and values.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops for retail employees, using a variety of instructional techniques.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to source relevant and up-to-date training materials.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance our programs.
  7. Work closely with HR and management to ensure consistent implementation of training and development initiatives across all retail locations.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for retail employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to integrate training and development initiatives into overall company strategies.
  10. Continuously seek feedback from employees and incorporate it into the development of new training programs.
  11. Assess and address any organizational or individual learning gaps to enhance overall employee performance.
  12. Utilize various learning platforms and technologies to enhance the delivery of training programs.
  13. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
  14. Monitor and track employee progress and growth, providing regular reports to management.
  15. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Retail Industry: A Learning & Development Partner At Jd Sports Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Including Current Trends, Challenges, And Best Practices.

  • Experience In Training And Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs For Retail Employees. This Should Include Experience In Both Classroom And Online Training Methods.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Learning & Development Partner, The Individual Will Be Required To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Employees And Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Projects: The Job Of A Learning & Development Partner At Jd Sports Will Involve Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Conception To Completion.

  • Familiarity With Learning Technologies: In Today's Digital Age, It Is Crucial For A Learning & Development Partner To Be Familiar With Various Learning Technologies, Such As Learning Management Systems, E-Learning Platforms, And Virtual Training Tools. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Utilizing These Technologies To Deliver Effective Training Programs.
