  1. Develop and implement effective training programs and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions for retail employees.
  3. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and materials.
  4. Conduct regular training needs assessments to ensure training programs are meeting the needs of the retail division.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for retail employees, providing guidance and support in their development.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail training and development.
  8. Partner with managers and supervisors to support the development of their teams through coaching and mentoring.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistency in training and development processes and procedures.
  10. Track and report on training metrics and effectiveness to measure the impact of learning initiatives.
  11. Maintain and update training materials and resources to ensure they are accurate and relevant.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate training programs to meet the changing needs of the retail division.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
  14. Travel to various retail locations to deliver training and provide support.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization by contributing to the development of a skilled and knowledgeable retail team.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Ability To Lead And Manage Projects Effectively Is Crucial For A Learning & Development Partner At Jd Sports. This Includes Setting Goals, Creating Timelines, And Managing Resources To Ensure Successful Implementation Of Training Initiatives.

  • Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: A Successful Learning & Development Partner Should Have A Data-Driven Mindset And Be Able To Use Data And Analytics To Identify Learning Needs, Measure The Effectiveness Of Training Programs, And Make Data-Based Decisions To Improve Employee Development. Knowledge Of Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technologies Is Also Important.
