Sales Manager

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and competition to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
4. Recruit, train, and develop new sales personnel.
5. Develop and execute promotional plans to increase sales.
6. Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels in a timely manner.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
