- Oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance for our stores, including but not limited to cleanliness, repairs, and general upkeep.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal store appearance and functionality.
- Conduct regular store inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with external contractors as needed.
- Manage and maintain maintenance budgets for each store location.
- Train and supervise store maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and other team members to address any maintenance concerns.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Facility Maintenance Procedures: This Includes Knowledge Of Building Systems (Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, Etc.), Equipment Maintenance, And Safety Protocols.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: The Store Facilities Maintenance Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Maintenance Staff, So They Should Have Experience In Managing And Delegating Tasks, As Well As The Ability To Problem-Solve And Make Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills: The Role Involves Coordinating With Various Departments, Contractors, And Vendors, So The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
