  1. Oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance for our stores, including but not limited to cleanliness, repairs, and general upkeep.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal store appearance and functionality.
  3. Conduct regular store inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  4. Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with external contractors as needed.
  5. Manage and maintain maintenance budgets for each store location.
  6. Train and supervise store maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and expenses.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  9. Communicate effectively with store managers and other team members to address any maintenance concerns.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline maintenance processes for increased efficiency.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and purchasing, to ensure store maintenance needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends in facilities maintenance to make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Respond promptly to any emergency maintenance situations.
  14. Uphold the company's standards of cleanliness and presentation for all store locations.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the maintenance team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Facility Maintenance Procedures: This Includes Knowledge Of Building Systems (Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, Etc.), Equipment Maintenance, And Safety Protocols.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: The Store Facilities Maintenance Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Maintenance Staff, So They Should Have Experience In Managing And Delegating Tasks, As Well As The Ability To Problem-Solve And Make Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills: The Role Involves Coordinating With Various Departments, Contractors, And Vendors, So The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.

  • Technical Proficiency: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Background In Facility Management Or A Related Field, As Well As Knowledge Of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) And Other Relevant Software.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Managing And Maintaining Facilities In A Retail Or Similar Environment, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Efficiently. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Within The Retail Industry Is Preferred.
