- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other airport procedures.
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings.
- Manage and maintain flight schedules and assist with flight changes or delays.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a calm and efficient manner.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members and departments.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal.
- Follow all safety and security protocols and procedures.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Ability To Follow Instructions.
Customer Service Experience: As An Airport Operations Crew Member, You Will Interact With Passengers And Assist Them With Their Travel Needs. A Background In Customer Service Or Hospitality Will Be Beneficial In Providing Excellent Service To Jetblue's Customers.
Knowledge Of Airport Operations: This Position Requires Knowledge Of Airport Operations, Including Check-In Procedures, Security Protocols, And Baggage Handling. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Or Training In Airport Operations Will Be An Advantage.
Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: As An Airport Operations Crew Member, You Will Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Luggage And Equipment. Physical Fitness And The Ability To Lift Up To 70 Pounds Are Necessary For This Role.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Work Well In A Team Environment Is Crucial For This Position.
