The Coordinator Talent Acquisition partners with the Flight Operations recruiting team on all aspects of the hiring process to include: pre-screens for employment eligibility, schedules pre-employment testing, schedules interviews, interviewing, ensures background verification is completed, communicates candidate status, and coordinates Orientation and training start dates. Support pre-employment activities for Talent Acquisition Team. Evaluate candidate applications for minimum qualifications and prescreen qualified, competitive candidates. Interview candidates. Arrange travel, logistics, and interview schedules for candidates. Represent JetBlue by attending various conferences/career fairs. Coordinate and maintain all aspects of the employment verification process and monitor applicant status via business partner’s website. Coordinate travel/accommodations for new hires and Crewmembers. Process offer letters/term sheets, I-9 form, e-Verify, payroll forms, and company policy manual acknowledgement.
