  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of warranty claims for aircraft and ground equipment.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of warranty claims.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
  4. Maintain detailed and organized records of all warranty claims and their status.
  5. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues with warranty claims, working closely with the necessary departments to resolve them.
  6. Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to ensure warranty claims are properly documented and submitted.
  7. Monitor warranty trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of JetBlue's safety and reliability standards and ensure they are upheld in all warranty claims.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, addressing any concerns or questions related to warranty claims.
  10. Keep up-to-date with all warranty policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to continually improve skills and knowledge related to warranty coordination.
  12. Take ownership and accountability for the efficient and effective management of warranty claims.
  13. Act as a point of contact for any warranty-related inquiries or issues.
  14. Uphold JetBlue's values and brand reputation by consistently delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  15. Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines related to warranty claims.
  16. Collaborate with other departments to identify potential warranty issues and proactively address them.
  17. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  18. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate processing of warranty claims.
  19. Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  20. Represent JetBlue in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Aviation Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Warranty Or Customer Service Role In The Aviation Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Warranty Policies And Procedures, Including Experience With Warranty Claims And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Warranty Management Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
