  1. Develop and implement comprehensive and competitive benefits packages for all employees.
  2. Oversee the administration and management of all employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness programs.
  3. Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes to the benefits program to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  4. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage budget and costs related to employee benefits.
  5. Educate and communicate with employees about their benefits options, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
  6. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to employee benefits.
  7. Partner with external vendors and service providers to negotiate and manage contracts for benefits and wellness programs.
  8. Plan and execute wellness initiatives and programs to promote a healthy and happy workforce.
  9. Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits and wellness programs through data analysis and employee feedback.
  10. Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits and wellness-related inquiries or concerns.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to foster a culture of wellness.
  12. Coach and mentor team members to promote professional development and growth.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to employee benefits and wellness.
  14. Represent the company in any benefits-related audits or investigations.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of benefits and wellness programs with company goals and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits And Wellness Management, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits And Wellness Programs.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Wellness Initiatives And Programs.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
