As the Manager, Talent Acquisition focused on TA Operations you will accelerate the company’s hiring strategy serving as the in-house expert on Talent Acquisition processes, systems, and analytics. Oversee background check programs for all internal and external candidates. Lead new hire orientation planning and scheduling including long term projections and class size management as well as day-of orientation scheduling. Partner with JetBlue University on timing and availability of resources to train new hire crewmembers. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance, in partnership with JetBlue’s People Data Insights team. Inform Talent Acquisition leadership of recruiting successes and challenges, and advise on recruiting process improvements. Oversee all project management efforts connected to talent acquisition systems and process.
