Job Description

Leads the performance management processes and programs, including the annual performance cycle, talent reviews, and feedback systems – across all levels from Officer goals through individual contributors. Manage the continuous evolution of the performance management framework to ensure it effectively drives the appropriate behaviors to meet the demands of the business, including enhancements to the competency models, rating systems and feedback mechanisms. Oversee and optimize the utilization of talent management systems and tools. Support the succession management and talent development strategy; preparing talent reviews, assist with talent identification and development planning, monitoring progress and producing reports. Apply change management approaches to support implementation of new processes and programs.

Job Qualifications

  • 5 years of broad HR experience consisting of a combination of leadership, management, individual contributor and/or consulting

  • Three (3) years of project management or leadership experience

  • Experience planning and executing internal consulting projects

  • Experience presenting to and interacting with Senior Leaders

Compensation
