- Provide technical support to employees and customers, troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate team members if needed.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance and support in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry security standards and protocols.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all IT-related issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Airline Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Computer Hardware, Software, Networking, And Troubleshooting Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
Proven Experience In Managing And Prioritizing Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Deadlines.
