- Lead and manage a team of airport and ground operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of performance and service delivery.
- Monitor and oversee the daily operations of JetBlue Airways ground services at various airport locations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely communication and collaboration for the effective functioning of airport and ground operations.

- Act as a point of contact for airport and ground service vendors and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of airport and ground operations staff.
- Represent JetBlue Airways in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
Experience In Airport And Ground Operations Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Airport And Ground Operations, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Airline Environment.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: The Role Of A Supervisor Airport And Ground Operations Requires Effective Communication With Team Members, Airport Staff, And Other Departments.
