
Supervisor IT CTS

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of IT professionals, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to meet the company's IT needs.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of JetBlue's technology systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to improve processes and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in technology to make recommendations for new systems and improvements to existing systems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely and effective support and service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development.
- Develop and maintain an IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenses are kept within budget.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize disruption to IT services.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments, providing timely and effective communication and support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to IT systems and data security.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the IT department and across other departments.
- Handle any escalated IT issues and make decisions to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuously review and improve IT processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Represent JetBlue's IT department and promote its goals and objectives to internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Management, Preferably In The Airline Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Various It Systems, Including Network Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, And Cybersecurity.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
