1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

3. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of JetBlue's technology systems.

9. Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize disruption to IT services.
10. Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments, providing timely and effective communication and support.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to IT systems and data security.
12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the IT department and across other departments.
13. Handle any escalated IT issues and make decisions to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
14. Continuously review and improve IT processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
15. Represent JetBlue's IT department and promote its goals and objectives to internal and external stakeholders.
