Tax Accountant (Income)

Work with the Income Tax Manager and external advisors to ensure the timely and accurate filing of Federal and State US Corporate Income Tax returns and Franchise Tax returns. Assist with timely preparation of the Company’s quarterly and annual US tax provision. Proactively manage and maintain provision and compliance deadlines. Prepare and review book-tax difference computations and tie-out of deferred tax assets/liabilities. Remain current on tax law changes and changes in the business activities of the company. Coordinate and assist with audits by tax authorities and internal/external financial audits. Assist and support other team members of the tax function by performing ad hoc tax analyses, analytical support, and assistance with other special projects as needed. Perform and review analysis and reconciliations of  general ledger accounts. Maintain technical tax skills pertinent to the position.
