Job Description

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will enhance our offerings in the areas of data visualization, business intelligence and graphical output by analyzing data and producing and presenting data visualizations in a compelling way that will help our clients make the best real estate decisions. Create captivating visualizations, integrating JLL’s proprietary research data for the purposes of market research and business development. Produce interactive dashboards and analyses that bring research content and real estate data to life. Assist on projects from initial debrief to finished product with significant self-direction and limited oversight. Respond to internal stakeholder requests for data and information. Contribute to the BI center of excellence and provide support to BI colleagues as needed. Develop and share best practice standards with the Americas Research Group.

Job Qualifications

  • 0 – 3 years of related BI experience, real estate knowledge a plus

  • Comfort with data visualization applications and/or programming languages, Tableau preferred

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Able to effectively manage workload and time, multi-task, and succeed under pressure
