Capital Markets Analyst Associate

Assist with Quants Services including buyside/sellside advisory, large portfolios, long tail, and bespoke client strategies. Support the execution and internal promotion of these services to JLL Capital Markets clients to better serve customers and generate new revenue opportunities. Lead certain Quants initiatives which have been identified as having large scale revenue impact on the Capital Markets business. Assist in implementing technology solutions which help maximize full potential of certain existing Capital Markets businesses (i.e. agency lending, private capital, strategic clients). Managing complex financial models, and efficiently manage large data sets within Microsoft Excel. Prepare high-quality presentations of all types for senior management and external clients. Coordination and preparation of special projects as needed. General support of senior team members in decision-making and strategy execution.
