Engineering Process Manager

Requires the ability to analyze, validate and perform dry runs of procedures to make ensure all relevant details are included to make operation and response accurate. In developing procedures, Engineering Process Manager will be required to visit corresponding sites and work with local operations team/ FM Staff to gather all systems information and review applicable sequence of operations. Assist operations team/ FM Staff to review draft procedures to ensure all pertinent details are included and local team evaluates procedure for correct operation of corresponding equipment/systems. Ensure that the critical work SOP’s and ERP are well-understood processes among the facility staff, engineers, contractors who perform work on the facility’s critical infrastructure. Participate in continuous training program to FM staff and measure operations teams understanding of systems and sequences of operation. Participate in the preparation of scripted work permits/ Job risk analysis.
