Responsibilities:

1. Create innovative and luxurious fragrances using natural ingredients
2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations
3. Create original scent combinations and collaborate with other team members to develop fragrances
4. Monitor quality control and safety standards in the production of fragrances
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of fragrance creations
6. Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise in the production of fragrances
7. Present ideas and concepts to the team on a regular basis
8. Ensure all fragrance ingredients are stored and handled correctly
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
10. Manage inventory of fragrance supplies and materials
11. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
12. Exercise a keen eye for detail when creating fragrances
13. Work with other departments to ensure successful product launches
