Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and luxurious fragrances using natural ingredients
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations
- Create original scent combinations and collaborate with other team members to develop fragrances
- Monitor quality control and safety standards in the production of fragrances
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of fragrance creations
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise in the production of fragrances
- Present ideas and concepts to the team on a regular basis
- Ensure all fragrance ingredients are stored and handled correctly
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Manage inventory of fragrance supplies and materials
