Responsibilities:

1. Develop and formulate new fragrances for Jo Malone London products.
2. Collaborate with other chemists, perfumers, and brand teams to create innovative products.
3. Analyze raw materials and ingredients for fragrance development.
4. Perform laboratory tests to evaluate fragrance strength, longevity, and stability.
5. Create detailed reports and documents for each project.
6. Ensure accuracy and quality of all fragrances produced.
7. Monitor and stay informed of current trends and market demands.
8. Troubleshoot formulation problems and create solutions independently.
9. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
10. Communicate effectively and efficiently with other members of the team.
