Fragrance Consultant

At Jo Malone London, we are looking for a passionate Fragrance Consultant to join our team and provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Our ideal candidate is someone who is committed to providing exceptional customer service, has previous retail experience, and is knowledgeable about fragrances. The Fragrance Consultant will be responsible for working with customers to identify their fragrance needs and helping them find the perfect scent for them. An ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities of a Fragrance Consultant:

-Provide excellent customer service to all customers

-Identify customer fragrance needs and help them find the perfect scent

-Demonstrate a high level of customer service

-Develop strong relationships with customers

-Maintain customer records and document orders

-Demonstrate knowledge of fragrances and their application

-Provide advice and recommendations on fragrances

-Assist with product displays and promotions

-Assist with inventory management and restocking

-Ensure store is kept clean and organized

-Ensure all sales targets are achieved

-Maintain a working knowledge of store policies and procedures
