Fintech Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to the financial technology industry.
2. Analyze and monitor industry regulations and changes to ensure the organization remains compliant.
3. Identify and document potential areas of risk and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial technology industry laws and regulations.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and auditors.
6. Collaborate with internal departments, such as legal, finance, and operations, to ensure compliance requirements are met.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
8. Monitor compliance performance and provide reports to senior management.
9. Provide guidance and training to staff on relevant laws and regulations.
10. Assist in investigations and inquiries related to compliance matters.
