Fintech Compliance Officer

4. Provide training and guidance to other departments on financial and technology compliance.
5. Review, analyze, and interpret financial and technology regulations.
6. Investigate compliance issues and recommend solutions.
7. Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with relevant regulators and government agencies.
9. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of financial and technology compliance developments.
10. Identify areas of risk and develop solutions to reduce or eliminate them.
