Fintech Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the financial services industry.
2. Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance program.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and standards.
4. Stay up to date on changes in relevant financial laws and regulations.
5. Educate and train staff on compliance related topics.
6. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
7. Provide guidance on compliance related matters.
8. Investigate and respond to compliance related issues and concerns.
9. Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Monitor and report on compliance related metrics.
11. Review and update existing policies and procedures.
12. Maintain records of compliance related activities.
13. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators.
14. Assist with the preparation of internal and external compliance reports.
