Job Description

As a Business Unit Manager, Mold Operations for John Deere Foundry located in Waterloo, Iowa, you will be responsible for safety, quality, delivery and efficiency of Mold and Blast Operations as well as employee engagement and Continuous Improvement (CI) in these areas.

Job Qualifications

  • Foundry production or maintenance supervision experience of highly technical equipment

  • 2+ years’ experience working with foundry mold/blast equipment

  • Knowledge of other foundry process melt / pour and core making

  • Knowledge of incentive-based pay programs such as Continuous Improvement Pay Plan (CIPP)
