Job Description

John Deere Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team and take our customer experience to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving customer engagement and satisfaction, a background in customer service, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and an ambition to exceed customer expectations. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field• 5+ years’ experience in customer service, customer experience, or related field• Proven track record of leadership and delivering on customer experience objectives• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze customer data and surveys• Ability to develop and execute customer experience initiatives• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop customer experience initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Analyze customer data and surveys to identify areas of improvement in customer experience.
  3. Create strategies and action plans for improving customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer experience initiatives are efficiently implemented.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
  8. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions.
  9. Identify emerging trends in customer experience and develop plans to address them.
  10. Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices.
