Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Manage customer service initiatives and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer concerns.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  5. Develop reports and analyze customer service data to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Train and mentor customer service team members.
  7. Lead customer service projects and initiatives.
  8. Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback to team members.
  9. Proactively identify customer service trends and develop solutions to address these trends.
  10. Support customer service operations by creating and revising customer service policies and procedures.
