Responsibilities:

- Manage customer service initiatives and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Develop reports and analyze customer service data to identify areas of improvement.
- Train and mentor customer service team members.
