
Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative for John Deere’s North American Parts Distribution Center (PDC) located in Milan, Illinois, you will Investigate overage and shortage claims using various methods such as pick trip review and calling all dealers on that same trip. Support dealers daily by phone, email and written communication. Communicate with carriers and outside suppliers to obtain tracking and invoice information. Consider approval for all miscellaneous debits and credits such as price queries, shipping errors, etc. Provide cross functional support to warehouse operations teams.
Customer service experience with strong negotiation, communication and listening skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours and provide rotating after-hours support, to include weekends and holidays as needed
Experience with Distribution Network System (DNS) a plus
