
Data Coordinator
The Data Coordinator position provides support to John Deere’s Internal Audit Department based out of Moline, Illinois, as well as the Global Audit Team located in Europe, India and the Americas. Perform various administrative tasks such as welcoming new employees and ensure they complete onboarding tasks, send audit feedback surveys and comply results for distribution to leadership, office mail distribution, create purchase orders and resolve issues with invoices for payment, order office supplies, etc. Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, coordinate recognition events and meeting amenities, (refreshments, etc). Gather and summarize data from various sources to complete reports for Internal Audit Leadership and the Audit Review Committee. Maintain data within Deere’s audit software tool. Initiate security access changes for incoming and outgoing employees.
